Please join me for a NEW YEAR YOGA flow to help raise funds for nourish - a community project run by Forca in conjunction with Oakhaven Hospice. The project provides nutritious meals for people who are undergoing chemotherapy & gives them and their families some practical support. These meals are funded by Forca and cooked by Oakhaven Hospice.
