I absolutely love Anna’s yoga sessions! They strike the perfect balance between stretching and strengthening. The atmosphere is always so friendly and welcoming, thanks to the wonderful people in the class.

Anna herself is a fantastic teacher—lovely, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Plus, I always leave feeling much calmer (and even a little bit taller) after each class!
