Yoga in the New Forest
All are very welcome at each & every class, with modifications and variations offered for all. There is no barrier to experience or ability. There is no need to be able to touch your toes or be super bendy. No need to be super strong, flexible or open. Just a willingness to open your heart to the process & allow yourself to be guided by your body & breath through each class. Yoga really is for every body and can always be tailored to suit you, in both a class or private group setting.
One to One & Small Group sessions
If you are looking for a more personal touch, or perhaps you’ve never tried yoga at all, private one to one sessions may be a good option for you. There are always weekly slots in the diary to offer either one to one or small group sessions in our yoga home in Lymington, in our garden studio in Hengistbury Head, or in your own home. Class bundles are available to purchase - 10 class pass for £110 and a 5 class pass for £55.
Once the bundle is purchased, please get in touch to book your sessions at least 24 hrs in advance. The usual cancellation policy applies
Cancellation policy:
Please respect that as a small independent wellness business, in order for us to thrive and continue to provide the service you hope for, we know you will respect the cancellation policy.
You can cancel your class via email, text or WhatsApp confirmation up to 24 hours in advance - this provides enough time for someone else to book the space on the class.
Any cancellations made with less than 24hrs ‘ notice or if you do not show up cannot be credited, refunded or used for another session. This applies to both pay-as-you-go and class bundles
If a class is cancelled by SeaBlue Yoga for any reason, you will be notified by email and offered a single free class pass. The cancellation policy applies to all class and workshop bookings.
