Yoga for a Strong & Balanced Core

A Morning of fun and adventurous flow with an emphasis on the core strength, core stability and how to incorporate this into all postures throughout our yoga practice. We will focus on bringing awareness to and enlivening the core strength.  Using the breath, incorporating Vinyasa flows and working with individual asana we’ll develop the understanding of what makes up our core and its importance as part of an integrated strength throughout the body. We will finish with a delicious relaxations & nourishing juice. £25
