Whether you are training for an event - Running, walking or cycling - or would just like to work on tight hamstrings & hips. This workshop will give you a flavour of how yoga can compliment your active life, physically and mentally. Giving you the opportunity to experience the physical benefits of greater flexibility, balance and strength whilst bringing a focus to your breath. Working through correct alignment of the postures in a flowing, friendly, small group space with lots of individual attention. We will finish with a nourishing juice. £25
