Spring is the perfect time to detox our body and mind. Although our bodies have a natural ability to cleanse themselves, this natural detoxification process can become a little sluggish over the winter months. This is the perfect opportunity to kick start the full body detox and to enable you to SPRING into SPRING! Join us for a fun twisting flow to help keep the spine healthy, the shoulders & hips open and the digestive system refreshed.
In our March Yoga workshop at Oak House in Lymington, our focus will be to bring awareness to & enliven our core strength. We will use the breath, together with our Vinyasa Flows to develop a better understanding of what makes up our core & it’s importance as part of our integrated strength & support throughout the body. We will learn about our deep core and how to use it, bringing plenty of fun along the way with some lively flows & plenty of time to connect & revive the whole body. We will finish with a delicious relaxation & herbal or chai tea.
