Vinyasa Flow Yoga Workshop For Core Strength & Happy Hips

Join me on Saturday 15th September for a fun workshop focussing on Core Strength and happy hips at Oak House 9-11am.

Energising vinyasa flow with an emphasis on core strength & stability. Using the breath & working through our flows, we'll develop a deeper connection to our health, posture & balance. Combining this with some delicious hip opening to further support core strength & lower back health. We will finish with a delicious relaxing and nourishing juice, £25.
